All orders from Aorus are shipped using a fast delivery service that covers all governorates in Egypt.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and status updates. To ensure you receive these details, please enter your email when placing the order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and your order details, including the number of items, seller variations, and shipment weight. Costs may vary for different items within the same order.
Inspection and Returns
Please note that order inspection upon delivery is not allowed. If you face any issues and wish to return or exchange your order, please follow our return policy for assistance.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt. Please note that shipping and return fees apply unless the item is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Costs
Shipping, return, or exchange costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable in case of returns.
Delivery Times
Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 business days.
Other Governorates: 3 to 5 business days.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time through customer service. We appreciate your feedback on the reason for cancellation to help us improve our services. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 14 business days.
