Refund policy
Luxhor Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:
Return and Exchange Period:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your product.
If you need to return your order, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Return Duration:
The return process to Cairo and Giza takes between 3 to 5 business days maximum, including the product quality inspection period. Other governorates take 5-7 business days, including the product quality inspection period.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag.
If the product is returned in a condition different from its original state, it will be returned back to you.
Delivery and return fees will be deducted from the original order value upon refund, as they are non-refundable.
Refund Options for Returns:
If the order was paid in cash on delivery, the amount will be returned to your The card used, and you can use the amount on your next order.
Please note that the order value will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid via ValU, Souhoola, Premium Card, Contact, Halan, or any bank card.
The refund to the payment method takes 3 to 14 business days to appear back in your account.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange is only available for the same product in a different size.
Here are the steps for exchange:
If you need to exchange your order, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page with the required size or contact us for assistance.
The exchange process takes 5 to 7 business days. The original order will be picked up from you, and once it is returned to us and inspected, the replacement order will be shipped to you.
Important Notes:
For damaged products, a full refund will be issued without deduction of shipping or return fees.
According to our policy and the shipping company’s policy, order inspection is not allowed upon delivery.
